Not sure how “racer” is appropriate to this shoe, but as casual wear footwear this L.I.F.T. Racer is pretty sweet. Extremely lightweight and airy, though I wouldn’t wear these in chancy weather give the breathing holes at the back of the shoe and the extensive use of mesh on the top and tongue surfaces. The loud colors of a couple of its versions (I got the yellow ones) does take a bit of getting used to for more conservative tastes, but overall I’m impressed by the overall comfort and wear of these. They wouldn’t be my first choice for sporting activities like running or basketball, but it’s nice that they’re flexible that I could do either of these activities if a dedicated pair of athletic shoes wasn’t handy.

Its a Puma and i love the design, but the problem with all Puma products is the fit. Still love it though just not as comfortable as i would like it to be. I suggest that you go to a Puma store and try it on before you purchase it online.

Very light foam-type construction with many holes, smooth bottom sole. Probably good for racing but not casual wear.
