   I purchased the fin for my 6 y/o daughter. She was SO excited about the fin. However, the size chart did not seem accurate, the fin is a bit big and the strap on the back does not hold the fin in place enough for her to really “swim” with it. She used it once and it now sits in the box.

   My 4 year old daughter received this as a Christmas present — she had asked for one after seeing it in a catalog. She loves “The Little Mermaid” and wanted to emulate her, and this swim fin did the trick. While it’s sized for youth foot sizes 1 and up, my daughter (a 9.5 in toddler sizes) was still able to wear the fin while sitting in a bathtub (she won’t be able to swim with it in a pool until her feet fit into it better, but she can’t really swim anyway, so the bathtub is fine for now). She LOVES this swim fin. She pretends she’s Ariel and will play for more than an hour in the bath. It’s a great prize!

   No where in the description or charts did it say child’s sizes…..if it had I wouldn’t have ordered them
