This is my first bike trainer, and I am incedibly happy with it. I wanted to spend the money to get a decent one I wouldn’t need to upgrade and could keep for a looong time. It was well worth the money – very realistic riding and resistance. I took probably longer than most to set it up because I didn’t want to mess anything up and it was very easy to get going – seemed almost too easy! I can easily take the bike off for outdoor riding and get it set up again in no time. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase – well worth it.
