I received the Aqua Sphere Ear Plugs the same day I got my goggles from the same company. Prior to that I was using ear plugs I purchased in WalMart and those were not very good. As soon as I tried the new Aqua Sphere Ear Plugs in the pool I was very happy with them, the ones in Walmart, , where anything but comfortable or even efficient enough to do the job. My new Aqua Sphere Ear Plugs fitted like real swimming plugs. This newfound love lasted only 3 days for in the 4th day (yesterday) they simply vanished. One moment I had them with me, the next they were gone. I retraced my steps but the final mystery was never resolved. Where Did They Go?? I will never know, but I miss them and wish them a long life wherever they are now. Guess What? I am back to the WalMart ear plugs while I wait for a new brand of earplugs I found in the Internet and claim to be the absolute best. Why did I not order the same Ear Plugs again? Probably because I felt silly and mystified at how easy they vanished, felt it would be better for the time being to shop around. I still have them in my Wish List and Summer is right around the corner, but for now 4 Stars for the Aqua Sphere Ear Plugs, so blue and beautiful but now…a thing of the past.

I have worn earplugs every night for more than 31 years, and am running out of my old style military earplugs, which are no longer being manufactured. I have been looking for a suitable substitute for some time. These plugs looked like they would be good for what I need them, but when they arrived I immediately noted that the flash, from the mold, had not been trimmed off of the plugs. I tried them out and found them to be very uncomfortable. Were they made in different sizes, and were the flash removed from the plugs, I am sure they would be great and long lasting plugs. I can not recommed these plugs as they are currently manufactured.

I bought a pair of this ear plugs from Amazon. I didn’t use them for swimming, but for sleep. After wear them for 10 to 20 minutes I have to take them off because they hurt in my ear channels. I tried them a lot of times, with the same result: I couldn’t sleep with them in my ears. They seem very well designed, but maybe they must be used for what they were made for: swimming.

I swam with them and when I took them out they made a HUGE LOUD sound as they snapped out. It was so loud my ears rang for hours.
I’ve been using foam earplugs for decades, so I know about being careful about taking earplugs out. I took it out carefully, but the inner flanges slapped back (that’s the only way I can think to explain it) and that happened inside my ear and it was as loud as having a firecracker go off 15 feet away.
